The Unlock · Refunds
Clear terms, before you pay.
The Unlock is $1,500. Here is exactly when you get it back, and when you don't.
Before the intake call
Changed your mind before we've spoken? Write to me and you get a full refund.
After the intake call
If after the intake call either of us sees it isn't the right fit, you get a full refund. Tell me before the Unlock session. If I'm the one who sees it, I will tell you myself, and refund you.
After the Unlock session
Once the Unlock session has taken place, the work is delivered: the diagnosis, the session, the note. The fee is not refundable from that point. It pays for an honest outside view, not for a particular answer.
If I can't deliver
If for any reason on my side the sessions can't happen, you get a full refund.
How to ask
One email is enough.
Write to lucas@lucashubert.me from the address you used at checkout. No form. The refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If we continue working together, the $1,500 is credited in full toward that work. The credit doesn't change anything above.
